If you click on the 'Order now' button at our website, you will be taken to our application form where you can fill in your personal data and other information needed to open your account.

As soon as we have approved your application and we have verified your payment of the one-time service fee, we will start the account opening process immediately. If we cannot approve your application or we didn't received your payment, we will not charge you anything.

Account opening:

After we have received your payment you will get your personal account opening package by mail in 3-5 working days. One of the following documents should be enclosed with your application:

A legalized or notarized copy of your passport, identity card or driver's license

You can have the copy notarized with a notary or advocate or you can go to a consulate to legalize your documents by the public administration of your country.

After returning the application forms with all necessary documents back to the bank, your account will be set up within another 3-5 working days. The access data will be delivered by mail. Your new bank account will be fully accessible from now on.

If the bank does not accept to open your account, which is very rare, you will receive a full refund. This refund is applicable only if you have sent all documents the bank need to open the account, not if you decide to cancel.

All applications/contact data/e-mails are saved encoded at our company and will be deleted securely after completed transaction.
